Creamy Cilantro Dressing (South Beach Diet Phase 1) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 pinch salt
    1 pinch fresh ground pepper
