Snap Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb snap peas, trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, finely minced (optional)
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
2 tablespoons oil, your favorite
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Let stand 10 minutes, tossing occasionally.
