Flat Bread With Goat Cheese, Arugula, And Balsamic Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup balsamic vinegar
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    4 ounces goat cheese
    8 ounces flat bread
    1 cup arugula, torn into bite sized pieces
Preparation
    In a sauce pan, pour in the vinegar, stir in the brown sugar and simmer until it is thick and reduced to about 1/3, about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from the heat.
    Spread the goat cheese on the crackers and top with arulgula.
    Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and serve.
