Multigrain Honey Oat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups boiling water
3 tablespoons cornmeal
1/3 cup steel cut oats
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup wheat bran or 1/4 cup oat bran
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup flax seed
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation

Combine boiling water, cornmeal, and steel cut oats. Let stand for 20 minutes.
Put cornmeal mixture into bread machine followed by the remaining ingredients.
Set on medium or wheat setting.
Bake and enjoy!
