Dot'S Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup cornmeal
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 egg
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    In another bowl, beat egg and sour cream; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
