3 (8 ounce) bags miracle rice
3 apples, diced or 1 cup chunky applesauce
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup raisins
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
Preparation

Put the diced apples, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of splenda in a pan and saute for 4-6 minutes until apples are soft.
Add the mixture of apples with the rice in a baking tray and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cinnamon and splenda and serve.
