Bush Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup raw unsalted macadamia nuts
1/2 cup raw parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaf
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon mountain pepper
1 teaspoon bush tomatoes
Preparation

Puree the nuts, parmesan and 1/4 cup of the oil in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a chunky paste.
Serve on bread sticks or wattle seed blinis.
