1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, pieces
1 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
3 cloves
1 tablespoon black peppercorns
3 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 teaspoons cardamom seeds
Preparation

Store in a tightly sealed jar for several months.
