1/2 cup chickpeas, cooked
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup toasted almond
3 tablespoons raisins
8 slices white bread
Preparation

Put the chickpeas, maple syrup, lemon juice, almonds and raisins in the bowl of the food processor. Pulse a few seconds.
Spread the mixture on bread. Or crackers.
