1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix the olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
Put the carrots into a tossing bowl, then pour the oil over them, tossing well to coat the pieces thoroughly.
Spread them out onto a cookie sheet.
Use your toaster's or oven's broiler setting for this to bake for about 15-20 minutes or until you poke one of the carrots and it's totally hardened.
