Carrot Cake Overnight Oats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup old fashioned oats
    2/3 cup milk, of choice (cow's, almond, soy, rice...)
    1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1 grated carrot
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
    honey and Greek yogurt, to serve
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix the oats, milk and yoghurt together. Stir in the carrot, cinnamon and ginger.
    Divide between two bowls or mason jars and store in the fridge overnight.
    In the morning, top with the walnuts, honey and extra yoghurt if desired. Serve.
