Fast Fix Up Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 lbs sliced lean corned beef
    1/4 cup Russian salad dressing, plus additional on the side
    16 ounces sauerkraut, drained
    8 slices swiss cheese, cheees
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450.
    Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking dish.
    Spread hash browns in prepared baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 15 minutes.
    Top with corned beef, slightly over lapping slices. Spread russian dressing.
    on top. Spoon on sauerkraut. Cover with swiss cheese. Bake 15 minutes more. Serve with extra dressing on the side.
