Bread Machine French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons butter
1 egg
2 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/4 active dry yeast

Preparation

Put the ingredients in the machine in the order listed.
From time to time, check the dough.
If too dry add water, if too wet add flour, always one tsp at a time.
