Horseradish Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs Velveeta cheese
    1 quart Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 (5 ounce) jar horseradish
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    garlic salt (to taste)
    onion salt (to taste)
Preparation
    Melt velveeta in the top of a double boiler.
    Add horseradish and stir well.
    Remove from double boiler and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Chill to serve.
