Delicious Zucchini Bread With Superb Lemon Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tablespoon lemon, zest of
    1 cup oil
    2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    Honey lemon Butter
    4 ounces softened butter
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon lemon, zest of
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    In a large bowl beat together eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
    Slowly add zucchini.
    Add lemon zest and mix thoroughly.
    In a separate large bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
    Slowly and zucchini mixture until completely combined.
    Divide batter into two greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Serve very warm, so that when you put on lemon honey butter it melts.
