Beefed-Up Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 (11 ounce) can black bean soup
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/3 cups water
    1 cup salsa
    1/4 cup green onion, thinly sliced
    sour cream (to garnish)
Preparation
    Cook beef in 3 quart saucepan until no longer pink.
    Drain.
    Stir in soup, beans, water and salsa.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
    Garnish with sour cream.
