Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can vanilla frosting
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
3 -5 drops green food coloring
72 butter flavored crackers
1 lb dark chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the frosting, extract and food coloring. Spread over half the crackers; top with remaining crackers.
Melt candy coating in microwave.
Dip filled crackers in chocolate, coating entirely.
Place on wax paper until competley set.
