Chocolate Mayonaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour (sifted)
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup sugar
    4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup cold water
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda, salt, sugar, cocoa until well blended.
    Add mayonaise, water, vanilla.
    Beat well by hand or electric mixer for about 5 minutes.
    Pour into greaased, floured or wax-paper lined loaf pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes untilit test done with a toothpick inserted in the center.
    Turn loaf out to cool on a rack.
