Kids Apple Drink - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 dash ground cinnamon, to taste
1 cinnamon stick (optional)
Preparation

In blender container place the apple juice, buttermilk, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Cover, blend 15 seconds at high speed.
Pour into a glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
