Tzatziki Sauce (Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber, unpeeled
    3 cups fat free Greek yogurt
    4 large garlic cloves, finely minced
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon white vinegar
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons dill, minced
Preparation
    Grate cucumber. Drain juices using a sieve, pressing down to squeeze out as much of the juice as possible.
    Blend all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Refrigerate overnight to allow ingredients to blend properly.
