Norwegian Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb russet potato (peeled and quartered)
    3 quarts water
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    4 tablespoons butter (melted)
    2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
Preparation
    Put the water, salt and potatoes in a pot and cook until the potatoes are just tender.
    Drain well.
    Pour the melted butter over the potatoes.
    Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the potatoes and toss lightly.
    Serve hot.
