4 ounces whipped cream cheese
12 fresh apricots, halved
1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
Preparation

Pit and halve the apricots.
Stir cream cheese until smooth. Pipe or spoon a dolup of cream cheese onto the apricot halves.
Sprinkle tops with the chopped pistachios.
