Chickpea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas, drained
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon dill weed
salt and pepper
3 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation

Put all ingredients EXCEPT vinegar and oil in a large bowl.
Mix vinegar and oil well.
Toss with chickpea mixture.
Chill.
