Zucchini Oat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon clove
    2 large zucchini
    1 cup applesauce
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup walnut pieces (optional)
    1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Mix together the oats, flour, sugar, salt, soda, and spices.
    Shred the zucchinis in a food processor or by hand.
    Add the eggs, yogurt, applesauce, and honey to the zucchini and mix well.
    Mix the dry ingredients into the wet.
    Mix in walnuts and raisins if desired.
    Pour the batter into 3 small greased loaf pans and bake for 40-45 minutes.
