Sweet Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups flour
    3 teaspoons baking powder (slightly heaping)
    2 tablespoons butter, melted (slightly heaping)
    1 tablespoon caraway seed
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 cups milk
Preparation
    Mix Flour, baking powder, sugar and caraway seeds together in a large bowl.
    Combine eggs, melted butter and milk and add this to dry ingredients.
    Add raisins.
    Put batter in one 9\" cake pan (with 2\" high sides) or 2 loaf pans filled halfway with batter. (Grease pan).
    Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes in a 9\" pie pan or 2 loaf pans filled halfway with batter.then turn temperature down to 375 for 45 more minutes.
