Breakfast Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon allspice
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 teaspoons ginger
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup oil
    1 1/4 cups applesauce
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon orange rind
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3 cups oat bran
    3/4 cup sliced almonds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup coconut
Preparation
    mix all ingredients well form into patties about 1/2 cup each.
    bake at 350 for 15 min or longer if you like them crispy.
