Low Fat Mocha Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, more as needed
    1/4 cup skim milk
    2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 cup cold coffee
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until smooth, adding additional sugar (if needed) to make it spreadable.
