Tomato Simmering Sauce For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 cups fresh tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
    1/4 cup salad oil
    1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until onion is limp.
    Add tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
    Cook fish in this sauce and serve with the sauce over the fish.
