Fresh Blueberry Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup margarine, softened
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 teaspoons fresh grated fresh lemon rind
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup fresh blueberries
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy texture.
    Add eggs, lemon rind, and vanilla; beat until combined.
    In another bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir to combine.
    Beat flour mixture into creamed mixture alternately with milk.
    Fold in the blueberries.
    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes.
    Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
