Cushaw Casserole Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cushaw, finely chopped
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup butter
    1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350F and lightly butter a casserole dish.
    Cook on low heat until cushaw is done.
    Place in buttered casserole; sprinkle top with brown sugar.
    Bake for about 30 minutes.
