Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup nuts, rough chopped
    1 apple, peeled and diced
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until smooth.
    add flour, baking powders and salt.
    add nuts, apple and vanilla.
    bake in a buttered 8\" pie pa 35 minutes @ 350 degrees F.
