Apple Lemon Mint Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    1 peeled and seeded lemon
    3 green apples
    2 tablespoons almond butter
    1 dates
    1 cup water
    2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
Preparation
    Peel the apples if preferred.
    Blend all ingredients.
    Add another date if not sweet enough.
