Manna Hawaiian Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb salad macaroni
    3 scallions, chopped finely
    2 carrots, grated coarsely
    2/3 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    1/8 cup honey
    1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1/8 teaspoon powdered ginger
    1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles, then drain and rinse in cold water, and drain again.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly.
    Chill for 1 hour.
