Honey Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups honey
    1 cup water
    1 1/2 ounces liquid pectin
Preparation
    Combine honey and water.
    Boil over high heat.
    Add pectin.
    Stir constantly.
    Bring to a full rolling boil .
    Remove from heat.
    Skim.
    Pour into sterilized jars.
    Seal.
