Broska (Dalmatian Sauerkraut) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 g sauerkraut
    10 g lard
    1 cup wine (white, dry)
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Wash sauerkraut in water. Heat lard and add sauerkraut, pour wine and add bay leaf. Cook about 20-30 minutes or until sauerkraut become soft and translucent. Add some water during cooking to prevent burning. Serve hot with BBQ meat.
