Sweet Corn For The Freezer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 quarts fresh corn, cut from the cob,about 40 ears
2 quarts hot water
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
4 teaspoons salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spread out in large shallow containers to cool.
Spoon into freezer containers, or bags.
Freeze.
