Dark Chocolate Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
    3/4 cup butter, cubed
    2 cups sugar
    3 egg whites
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
    1 cup butterscotch chips
    Glaze
    1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
    1/4 cup butter, cubed
Preparation
    Melt together butter and unsweetend chocolate in microwave, stir until smooth, then cool slightly.
    In a large bowl, combine sugar and chocolate mixture.
    Stir in egg whites and vanilla.
    Stir in flour.
    Stir in the chips.
    Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
    Melt together chips and butter, stir until smooth.
    Spread over warm brownies.
    Cool completely before cutting.
