Watermelon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 cups seeded watermelon, in cubes
1 cup sliced scallion
3 tablespoons of fresh mint
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons champagne vinegar
salt & pepper
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk together oil and vinegar; pour over watermelon mix.
Season well with salt and pepper.
