Gramma'S Hot And Spicy Nacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs Velveeta cheese
    2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes
    3 lbs hamburger
    1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
Preparation
    Dice cheese into 1 inch cubes.
    Melt cheese with Rotel tomatoes in Dutch Oven.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Brown hamburger and mince very small.
    Drain.(I drain in a colander.).
    Add 1 cup water and package of taco seasoning.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add hamburger mix to cheese mix and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with Doritos or tortilla chips.
