" Boozy" Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

5 cups sliced apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1 1/2 ounces Grand Marnier (1 jigger)
1 1/2 ounces Amaretto (1 jigger)
TOPPING
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter
Preparation

preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
In a 9 x13 greased casserole dish place apples, sprinkle with cinnamon lemon peel, orange peel, and both liquors. Toss to coat apples.
Mix topping. Spread on top and bake at 350\u00b0F for 45 min-1 hour.
