Savory Italian Chicken Tenders - cooking recipe

2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
2 egg whites
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 cup olive oil
3/4 cup Italian dressing
Preparation

Crack egg whites into small bowl.
Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into pie dish or onto plate.
Dip cut tenders into egg white.
Roll tenders with egg into flour, coating on both sides.
Heat olive oil in shallow frying pan.
Place tenders in frying pan, cooking 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Transfer tenders to plate and dump oil out of pan.
Return tenders to pan and add Italian dressing.
Cook for another 5 minutes until some of the dressing has carmelized.
Remove tenders from pan and serve immediately.
