Sauced Crab Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed, flaked
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup seafood cocktail sauce
chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Preparation

Put first 5 ingredients into small bowl.
Beat until well combined.
Shape into ball.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Just before serving, place on serving plate.
Pour cocktail sauce over crab ball.
Garnish with chives.
Add more cocktail sauce as needed.
