Oamc Freezer To Crockpot Honey Sesame Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, diced
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
    2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 green onion, sliced thinly (not needed until day of prep)
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds (not needed until day of prep)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients & freeze. Thaw overnight (bag in bowl in refrigerator).
    Cook in slow cooker on low for four hours.
    Remove meat, shred & return to crockpot for another 30 minutes.
    Garnish with green onion & sesame seeds. Serve w/ brown rice & broccoli.
