Simple Southwest Ranch Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage, shredded or thinly sliced
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
    3/4 cup ranch dressing
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    2 teaspoons onion powder
    salt, to taste
    black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving to let flavors blend.
