Easy Peach Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peaches in juice (not syrup)
    3 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    1. Freeze peaches(in can) for 24 hours.
    2. submerge in hot tap water for 1 minute.
    3. pour into blender with remaining ingredients.
    4. blend until smooth.
