Ingredients

500 g cauliflower
1 1/2 teaspoons black onion seeds (kalonji)
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds (rai)
1 1/2 teaspoons fennel seeds (saunf)
3 red chilies
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup water
Preparation

Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Dry roast kalonji, rai, saunf and chilies. Add 1/2 cup water, boil, add cauliflower, red chili powder, vinegar and salt.
Stir fry and cook covered, stir occassionaly, sprinkle water in between.
