Bold Southwestern Chicken Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces chicken, cooked and shredded (pouched chicken works great too)
    1/2 cup light sour cream or 1/2 cup yogurt
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
    4 tablespoons cilantro
    1/8 cup white onion
    1/4 cup celery
    1/8 cup corn
    cabbage, sliced
Preparation
    1. Dice celery, onion, and cilantro.
    2. Blend all ingredients, except cabbage.
    3. Let sit over night to let the flavors meld together.
    4. Spread on lightly toasted bread, garnish with cabbage for crunch.
