Banana Walnut Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana, frozen
    1 cup vanilla yogurt
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon honey
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut banana into chunks.
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
