Burgundy Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms
    1 cup melted butter
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon beef bouillon
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 cup Burgundy wine or 1 cup sherry wine
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add sliced mushrooms and cook 25 minutes.
    Add wine, pepper, garlic and beef bouillon.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over pork, chicken, rice or even as a side.
