Spicy Celery Giardiniera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
    2 serranoes chilies, sliced into thin rings
    1 fresno chile, sliced into thin rings
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    2 teaspoons italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients in a nonreactive bowl.
    Marinate for 48 hours at room temperature, or longer in the refrigerator.
    Apply to your favorite sandwich, burger or meal.
